The Three Degrees

When you hear the name Three Degrees, you immediately think of ‘When Will I See You Again’, their most famous song which was a major hit record throughout the world, topping the chart in the USA, UK, Japan and most European countries, earning the trio every conceivable accolade at the time!

The Three Degrees formed in 1963 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has remained a trio with 2 original members since Sheila Ferguson left many moons ago. This is the official Three Degrees in the company of original members Helen Scott and Valerie Holiday, alongside Freddie Pool.

Valerie says “We are blessed with a wide age group appeal…from fifteen to sixty-five. This is why we have survived, I think. We learned and were taught how to entertain and even before we had hit records, we knew how to do our job — our choreography, our costumes, the lights…these were all things that we learned at an early age.”

A firm favourite with Prince Charles, they sang at his 30th birthday party and were guests at his wedding to Princess Diana.

More than four decades on, all three of their major qualities have stayed the same—their beauty, sparkling choreography and precise vocal qualities. Other hit songs include ‘Woman in Love’, ‘Dirty Ol’ Man’, ‘My Simple Heart’, ‘Take Good Care Of Yourself’ and more.

The Three Degrees can still make claims as the longest running female vocal group in history! Come and enjoy hits by the famous trio in this one-night-only concert!
